Support & account help

Email us at [email protected] with your username, the URL you need help with, and a short description of the issue (screenshots help). We can assist with sign-in problems, profile updates, notification questions, or anything else related to your account.

Modder help

For publishing, Modder Membership, premium mods, Patreon, or Lemon Squeezy questions, include your username, the affected mod or dashboard URL, and the provider name if the issue involves an integration.

Founding Creator Program questions

Before applying, email [email protected] with your public creator handle, the supported game you create for, and your question. Do not email provider credentials, supporter lists, supporter identities, or private commercial records. This monitored address also handles application follow-ups, onboarding questions, program support, application privacy/data requests, and program-related escalations.

Safety & abuse

Use the in-platform report buttons on mods or comments to flag stolen content, malware, or harassment. For urgent escalations, email [email protected] with links and context. We prioritize reports that include evidence and the affected mod URLs.

Response times

We aim to reply to Founding Creator applications and program follow-ups within three business days. Abuse and security issues are reviewed as quickly as possible, and modder support requests are easier to route when you include complete account details.
